Due to this program and its far reaching goals there is now a requirement for proven and resourceful: Senior Change Manager
To be considered for the role you will require:
Mandatory:
- +8 years experience in scoping and managing the change management aspects of a large scale projects/programmes, requiring large scale business transformation;
- +5 years experience in senior change management roles;
- Experience in managing change related to E-business/online projects;
- Experience in managing change related to operational/business transformation activities;
- The ability to develop a detailed change management strategy and manage implementation;
- The ability to ensure change objectives are met within defined time frames;
- Proven senior stakeholder management experience;
- Ability to achieve successful outcomes through collaborative and co-operative means;
- The ability to interact appropriately with departmental officers, vendor personnel and fellow team members;
- Proven experience needed in delivering:
- Organisational Change Management Strategy;
- Stakeholder management and communication plans
- Communications Materials
- Detailed Impact Assessment and Action Plan;
- Training Needs Analysis;
- Business Transformation Implementations
- Experience in managing change related to E-business programs and organisational change;
- Experience in the government sector;
- Tertiary degree or equivalent.
