Position: Spanish Speaking Risk PMO

Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Spanish Speaking PMO based with our key financial services Client, that we are working with as a first tier supplier.
The Job:
The risk area is currently managing the implementation of new end-to-end risk systems platform for corporate and commercial segments as well as other BAU projects. As a risk PMO your main responsibility will be to coordinate and support the Risk Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure on time and good quality progress reports and project documentation.
- Support financial control
- Coordinate project managers to generate progress reports on time and granting data quality
- Elaborate weekly progress reports and on demand executive summaries for key stakeholders.
- Attend integration and implementation committees.
- Review project progress
Skills Required:
- Must be fluent in Spanish as well as English
- Previous experience in risk projects would be an advantage
- Previous experience of working in a large project office
- PowerPoint, Excel and Access usage
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised approach
- Able to work under pressure
