Description
The candidate will be required to drive the implementation of the Global Target Operating Model processes designed to support standardisation and efficiency across the end market operating in over 100 countries.
The aim to significantly increase operating margins.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven prior engagement in IT global systems integrator/implementation projects.
- Technical understanding of predominantly (but not exclusively) SAP and related Back Office/Middle Office systems- and associated change management techniques and solutions.
- Exposure in a commercial leadership role of at least 1 major business and IT project in a FMCG global environment.
- High quality interpersonal skills with previous experience of engagement and provision of professional commercial advice to Senior IT Management/project Leadership.
- ITIL, Prince2, and MS Project practitioner level experience.
