SAP HR - PA Technical Consultant (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- The candidate will design, manage and implement the day-to-day activities associated with key HR business functions.
- Validating development specifications
- Design, build, configure, test and roll-out application enhancements and projects, according to agreed deliverables and deadlines.
- Participates applications enhancements and projects, as project team members.
- Work with the Applications Management teams, Development teams and Help Desk teams to ensure that services meet the terms of the Service Level Agreements with the customer.
Ihre Qualifikation
- Desire to work in a Cluster SWE environment willing to maintain different country specific systems
- SAP Payroll Technical Consultant for Spain (additional country payroll implementation is an advantage)
- Essential detailed technical knowledge of SAP in Payroll (Maintenance of the payroll driver, schema (functions) and rules (operations) ) and Time Management:
- Experience in assigning of employee Subgroup grouping, personnel sub area grouping, Pay scale groups and levels, payroll period, payroll control record Etc. Worked on features LGMST, TARIF, and ABKRS features.
- Experience in salary calculation, payslip creation, payroll enquiries and problem resolution and payroll reporting.
- Experience in configuring Time Management settings for Holiday Calendars, Public Holidays, Day types Created work schedules & Work Schedule rules , Absence types (Casual, Sick, Maternity etc) Defaulting of Absence Quotas, Valuation of absences and Time quota compensation.
- Experience in Configuration of Personnel Administration for Enterprise Structure and Personnel Structure. In Enterprise Structure -personnel areas and personnel sub areas. In Personnel Structure -defining Employee Groups, Sub groups and Payroll Areas. Worked on feature NUMKR, Personnel Customer specific Actions, Infotypes and Screen Modifications and Integration of PA/OM
- Fluency in English. Additional language is an advantage
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
