DESCRIPTIONThe Network Services/Support consultant acts as the single point of contact for all network grooming rolls and coordinates with other groups to clear roadblocks. In cases where functions are automated, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving all failures and fallout. Job functions are performed both manually and within mechanized processes in various systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in Interexchange Carrier DS3, OC3, and OC12 facility grooming, including circuit design, testing, turn-up, and service-affecting rolls of existing customer circuits.
- Strong professional effectiveness skills in negotiating, problem solving, customer relations, and decision-making.
- Network Maintenance experience a plus.
