Senior HR Business Partner
Location: London
Type: Full-time 12 month Fixed Term Contract

As part of our exciting new HR structure, and in line with the implementation of a new HR Business Partner Model, we have a high profile vacancy for a HR Business Partner to work for a well-recognised professional services business. This is a really exciting time for the business. We are looking for a passionate, confident, senior individual that enjoys a challenge. You will work with key stakeholders in the business stream, and develop and implement key strategies. You will therefore be required to gain instant credibility with senior managers.

Core responsibilities:
* Manage the regional/business stream talent pipeline to ensure that the right interventions are in place for the business.
* Provide coaching to develop line management capability in their area of responsibility.
* Develop a strong external network to bring best insights into the firm and understand the talent landscape in the marketplace.
* Show a deep understanding of the firms business, vision, strategy and values and use as a foundation for your work.
* Identify emerging and declining roles in the business model area of responsibility, and adjust resourcing, talent management and development strategies as needed.
* Develop strong consultative relationships with key stakeholders.
* Partner with the Talent Development team to shape and influence learning and development strategy and priorities.
* Ensure any problems with performance are identified early and appropriate support is given to line management to effectively manage them.
* Manpower planning - analyse current resource and talent levels including future skill needs, talent and headcount requirements.
* Reward - evaluate the effectiveness of existing reward strategies. Ensure that reward packages help attract, engage and retain.
* Engagement - work with management and internal communications to develop and champion an engagement strategy appropriate for the business.
* Focus on engaging leaders to improve business performance.

Ideally you will be:
* CIPD qualified or equivalent
* Experienced at operating at a senior level in a HR Business Partner Team, with experience of; talent management, talent development, change management, resourcing, performance and reward, employee engagement, coaching and employee relations.
* A forward thinker capable of targeting, engaging and developing the leaders required for the future.
* A highly credible individual who has great influence and a strong network of people.
