Financial Analyst required for a 6 month rolling contract to work within a leading Banking Group based in the heart of London.
An exciting opportunity for a part or qualified accountant to work within dynamic Financial Reporting team who are responsible for controlling and delivering the financial reporting process, through production of robust management information and business unit support.
This pivotal which sits within a divisional finance team will require the successful candidate to produce monthly consolidation and reporting of the groups divisional results, monthly reporting packs - Including production and consolidated detailed commentaries for the group. You'll be require to assist through internal/external audits during half year and year end audit process - Producing any ad-hoc analysis and request for information as required. Identifying any opportunities for development to improve the reporting process and MI packs, stakeholder engagement will be required to develop understanding of key business risk and opportunities across the division.
In to be considered for this position candidates must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA) equivalent or study towards a formal accountancy qualification. You must demonstrate relevant financial reporting experience gained within a large financial institution. Strong analytical skills with excellent communication both written and oral - Stakeholder engagement recent knowledge of SAP would be advantages.
