A highly established Business Services organisation is seeking an exceptional HR Shared Service Programme Lead to support a major systems change and operations initiative.

Reporting in the Head of HR Operations, your remit will be to design and implement a new HR Service Desk structure to support the underpinning SaaS-based HR solutions whilst ensuring the establishment of new capabilities across Tier 1 and Tier 2 services. The successful delivery will depend on aligning project timescales and building strong working relationship with the systems implementation teams. Whilst ensuring that the underpinning HR technology estate (SaaS and Cloud based solutions), you will also lead the transition into the new services model which will work within new KPIs and SLAs.

You will have a proven track-record of ideally designing and shaping HR Shared Service functions, with exposure enabling varying underpinning technologies for service delivery. The experience of transitioning and migrating to new service standards will be key. Furthermore, experience around establishing change readiness, and designing a future structure of the Shared Service would be preferred.
