Mansion House Consulting are a highly successful and rapidly expanding firm of Consultants who specialise in the Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Asset/Fund Management and Wealth Management sectors across the Board.
We seek an experienced Project Accountant/ Financial Admin/Financial Controller with Banking or Financial Services experience to join a Tier 1 Investment Bank and provide Financial control for a crucial Technology project.
To be successful you will have experience of:
- Working in a Technical/Project environment
- Receiving and checking, Goods Receipt and record invoices against POs
- Tracking invoices against approved POs expected and received each month and pursuing any that are overdue
- Loading required evidence for accruals
- Ensuring at year end that everything is accrued that needs to be accrued
- Produce regular (at least monthly, preferably weekly) report on actual spend to date vs. expected to date, highlighting variances
- Produce regular (at least monthly, preferably weekly) report on exceptions
- WIP accounting
- Experience of Systems including Oracle, P2P and Ariba
