Practicus are working in partnership with an innovative Trust in the West Midlands to increase productivity and provide improved patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference to patients and shape the future of a leading service.
My client is looking for an Interim Therapies Manager to provide additional operational capacity to a busy service. Working with a range of clinicians, you will be responsible in part for the day to day running of the department, whilst also seeking to improve efficiency of the service through increased productivity. As part of this improvement plan you will need to conduct a complete review of the service, including formulating an action plan with recommendations to move forward, ensuring the changes are sustainable.
This is very much a hands-on operational role, suited to an experience Operational or General Manager with a good understanding of patient pathways and a successful track record running and improving a clinical service. A clinical background is not essential, however, you must have previous experience of running an acute service, preferably therapies.
