Xceed is especially experienced in implementing and delivering change programmes, whether the change is driven by merger, acquisition, divestment or a need to drive out efficiencies and improve service. We are currently supporting a large financial services business as they go through a highly active period of change. To support our client through this transitional period we are looking for a hands-on Business Analysts with full project life cycle, end to end delivery experience.
Working for Xceed, at a client site you will be representing our brand. As such, candidates will move away from being a contractor on a project and will be viewed by the client, as Associate of the Xceed Team. Candidates will ideally have come from a previous consultancy background and appreciate the consultative approach. You will have a proven track record in working with large scale projects, specifically within IT Infrastructure and Service Delivery environments, delivering on time and on budget.
We are currently sourcing high calibre Associates to join Xceed, on a contractual basis. Successful applicants will have demonstrable experience of leading and driving projects, creating business cases through to assisting the delivery of large programmes.
We currently have an opportunity for a ITIL Process and Policy Consultant with the following background
ITIL Manager's Certificate (Version 2) or ITIL Expert Certificate (Version 3)
ITIL v3 Capability Certification in at least 2 of the 4 or 3 of the 5 Lifecycle Certification
Extensive experience of operating at least two IT Service Support discipline
Experience of process development and implementation
Experience of ITIL Process Design
Experience of Service Architecture
Ability to present to both large and small audiences
Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
Ability to produce written material to a high standard
Diverse IT background with significant experience in large scale blue-chip corporations
Ability to adapt experience to accommodate diverse scenarios
