Senior Project Support Officer
* Brief description of the role
o The (SLPMO) Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting project managers and infrastructure consultants in successful management and delivery of projects, and for supporting other SLPMO team members in their activities.
o Since the PMO supports all businesses, and with the outsourced model for IT infrastructure, the Customer Service Representative will also interact with the customers, IPD Resource Managers, customer PMOs, and supplier PMOs.
o Activities:
- Maintaining, improving, and providing onboarding training and mentoring, as well as other training and coaching for project managers.
- Documenting processes and procedures for both PMs and for internal SLPMO use.
- Training and supporting the use of SERP, IOL, PDF, SharePoint, Project, Project Server, and Project Reporting Tool.
- Assisting in migration preparation and migration to iPlan (Shell's Project Server 2010 implementation).
- Monitoring completion of mandatory deliverables and stage gate signoffs.
- Maintaining and improving SLPMO SharePoint site - Public for PMs and infrastructure consultants, and SLPMO SharePoint site - Team for PMO team members
- Maintaining a lessons learned database.
- Providing backup and peakload support for SLPMO team members, particularly for functional mailbox, proposal QA, PRT data quality, CSL monitoring.
o Experience/Background:
- Prior training development and delivery
- Previous experience as infrastructure PM
- PMP or similar professional certification
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Project Server, and SharePoint
- Experience with the following is a plus:
* Aries, Aldea, SERP, IOL, PRT
* ISP experience
* PDF experience
