JobServe Australia is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to work closely within our growing sales team based in the Sydney CBD.

JobServe is an international online job search company, with offices in the UK, USA, Canada, Thailand and Australia. We sell recruitment advertising services to recruitment agencies and direct employers, with products such as job postings, resume searching and banners and branding.

Your role will be varied and you will assume responsibility for a range of tasks ranging from reporting to job posting to research to proposals. You will have regular tasks, but no day will be the same!

In supporting the sales team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our services are delivered to clients promptly and accurately, and help us maintain the high level of customer service that our clients have come to expect from all JobServe staff.
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a great opportunity for a switched on, ambitious individual to gain experience across sales, administration, accounts and operations and gain a foundation for career progression along a path that best suits your skills and interests.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook required, Powerpoint a plus)
  • High attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner
  • Positive, up for anything attitude


The salary offered will be commensurate with experience. Our office hours are 8.30 to 5.30 M-F and dress code is smart casual.
