Description
eLearning Developer:
The eLearning Developer will create a web based Learning Management System (LMS) with SCORM conformant eLearning courses which will be hosted in Joule (MoodleRooms).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create a fully functional web based LMS
- Create an event management component (EMS) within the LMS
- Work with the project sponsor to design the LMS web pages
- Convert existing courses to SCORM and migrate to the new LMS
- Create new courses as required
- Create reports as required
- Complete assigned technical tasks on time, eg analysis, designing, development, implementation, testing, monitoring, documentation, etc.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of eLearning experience
- Demonstrated strong E-learning instructional design and development skills
- Ability to create a SCORM conformant eLearning courses
- Experience working with learning management and event management systems
- Competency in E-learning and performance support development tools such as Moodle, Adobe Flash, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Connect Professional and Photoshop (or similar tools)
