Eddy Current Engineer who has a degree in a relevant engineering/science discipline. Suitably qualified candidates of degree calibre will also be considered.

Eddy Current Engineer will ideally be PCN Level 2 or 3 qualified in eddy current methods (Ultrasonics a plus), although equivalent qualifications will be considered. If you have knowledge and experience of working within the Nuclear Industry, it would be highly desirable.

Eddy Current Engineer involved in the assessment of plant integrity through the development, qualification and application of inspection techniques and the development of inspection capabilities. You should be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of theoretical and practical aspects of ultrasonic and/or eddy current inspection techniques. Knowledge of MIPS and GUIDE software is desirable but not essential.
