Engineer, crash test, test, automotive, vehicle
We are looking for an Automotive Crash test engineer to start ASAP on a 6-8 month contract.
You should ideally be Degree qualified, and have previous test experience gained in an Automotive environment.
Tasks:
- Liaise with customers
- Prepare quotes
- Create test documents
- Oversee preparation of test vehicle
- Supervise the actual test itself
- Support all internal audits
- Verify test data
- Liaise with management
Experience required:
- Degree in relevant subject, or HNC/HND coupled with extensive experience
- Experience of working on electrical systems
- Previous automotive test experience preferred
- Mechanical engineering experience is essential
This is initially a 6-8 month contract but could be extended if more projects come in.
