STRATEGIC PLANNING & EXECUTION MANAGER - 3 Month+ Contract
My Client, a consulting firm has an immediate and urgent opportunity for a Strategic Planning and Execution Manager - reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations. This high profile role works closely with a wide network of senior management & stake-holders.
You will lead the UK Health business through globally driven annual planning cycles.
As a leader in the business and as an active member of the wider Strategy & Operations Leadership team you will provide execution expertise to ensure functional excellence, and play a key role in the development of talent.
Specific areas of focus will include:
- Development of a service strategy that will facilitate the realisation of the vision (further details available)
- Creation of a strategic plan framework under which major initiatives will be aligned and a resulting document/communication plan for the wider business
- Product (inc Service) portfolio management strategy (inc life cycle management), working closely with New Product Planning, Business Development, Established Brands and Service based teams to make investment recommendations to the board
- To partner & collaborate with Project Realisation Office and Change Management Leads to execute major initiatives (UK, Regionally or Globally initiated)
