Description
Looking for a strong Complaints review officer to assist the resolution of regulatory complaints for a tier 1 bank.
The role holder will ensure that all complaint cases are dealt with within FSA requirements, FOS guidelines. These include endowment, investment, pensions and any other type of regulated complaint.
The role holder is also responsible for calculating levels of redress or compensation and evaluating levels of goodwill payments as appropriate. They must ensure that any offers of compensation are within agreed discretionary limits or gain the appropriate sign-off.
The role holder will have recently worked in a financial services environment on investment complaints.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) is required
Full Financial Planning Certificate (FPC 1, 2 & 3) or Certificate for Financial Advisors (CEFA)
