My Local Government client is looking for an Employment Law & Policy Manager to join their busy HR team. This large organisation is looking for somebody from January 2012 to write new policies.
As a Employment Law & Policy Manager your duties will be:
*Creating generic employment law contracts
*Writing and reviewing HR Policies
*Day to day legislation issues
The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team.
In order to secure this position the exceptional individual will require recent experience working on employment law contracts and policies, be very knowledgeable and give advice and guidance to senior management on up to date legislation.
