If you have plenty of energy and wants to earn extra money over the Christmas period, this is a role for you! It will be perfect if you are interested in computer games. Our client is looking for a number of fluent German speakers in providing first class customer care in the gaming industry.
The position will be working in a team environment to support customers with any general enquiries as well as providing a high level of technical knowledge by providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
• Answer inbound and make outbound contacts within guidelines/goals established by the client and contact center management.
• Consistently achieve call quality score goals to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
• Escalate questions and issues to Customer Service Supervisor as required.
• Solve customer issues in a diplomatic way, address complaints and process returns.
• Communicating with customers through phone and email
• Other duties as assigned.
General Knowledge and skills:
• Be able to demonstrate a keen interest and passion for gaming
• Be fluent in written and spoken English and German
This is a 6-8 weeks full time contract work. You must be flexible with the working hours.
The pay is from £10.00 - £8.50 p/hr
The location is based between North West London and Hertfordshire.
