We are a recruitment company and our client is looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to work on a 3-4 months contract.
Locum employment lawyer required for a London Local Authority.
The Council is undergoing a fundamental transformation of its services and workforce and we require a competent employment lawyer to help support this process.
The post will involve a full caseload of Employment Tribunal litigation as well as a range of employment related advice work. The applicant must possess up to date knowledge and the ability to prepare pleadings and other ET related documentation. Ability and experience to act as advocate at interlocutory Employment Tribunal hearings is essential.
