Business Analyst
Major Company within Wealth Management is looking for a Business Analyst for an exciting new project to Support their £30m Delivery, primarily end to end process simplification
Successful candidates will be:
- Working with IT suppliers to design and deliver high quality solutions that meet business requirements and comply with company standards.
- Lead the development of overall IT Requirements & Solutions across their wealth and international programme ensuring they fully support the business strategy, whilst reducing the time-to-market and cost of development and ongoing operational support costs.
- Responsible for a team of specialists providing expertise, leadership and consultancy on all aspects of business analysis, technology and systems architecture to staff at all levels within Wealth and international
- Liaising with other parts of the Lloyds Banking Group and 3rd party suppliers as required within their area providing technical know-how, leadership and consultancy.
- Provide high-level estimates of projected IT costs for input to business proposals
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in an IT support function within an wealth management and banking environment.
- Track record in requirements capture, design, creation and development of technical solutions and architectures around specific technologies.
- Acknowledged experience in delivering solutions in support of major Business and Group Technology projects.
- Ability to operate across a range of platforms and technologies.
- Track record of influencing peers, managers and external Business/IT contacts.
- Must be highly delivery focused.
- Previous experience as a fully competent Senior Business Analyst or Developer.
- Proven systematic and analytical approach to problem solving, with the ability to design and implement effective business solutions.
- In depth knowledge of the specific area of the Business in which they work and broad knowledge of business organisation and structure.
- Sound and proven knowledge of business analysis techniques and information modelling tools.
- Capable of working from a high level, scoped objective with minimal supervision.
