Senior Production Support Specialist. London Banking
Production Support, Front Office, Back Office, Unix, Oracle, SQL, WebSphere, MQ.
My high profile investment bank is looking for senior production support analyst to join their team of experienced professionals.
You will be required to perform the following tasks at the highest grade;
Predominately a Back Office role but with a degree of;
Liaising with global hubs to ensure a quick turnaround on issues and escalations.
Front Office credit support.
Provide support for a number of other reconciliation systems.
You will need strong skills in;
UNIX and Oracle
SQL
ITIL
WebSphere
MQ
Control M (or any other Scheduling tools)
It would be highly advantageous if you have Yolus experience.
Its imperative that you have excellent communication skills and have strong business knowledge.
Candidates should be of a banking background.
