Strategic Partner Marketing Manager
To build and manage marketing relationships with designated controlled distribution partners - To deliver propositions and marketing plans with these partners.
Marketing relationship management of designated Protection Partners. The role holder will have to work with partners directly and establish good relationships with key stakeholders.
Translate overall Individual UK distribution strategy into Key Account marketing plans which focus on developing high value relationships with designated distribution partners to deliver high quality volume business
Develop and deliver partner marketing plans (including campaigns and programmes), in conjunction with Account Business Plans & Protection Proposition priorities to ensure different stakeholder needs are balanced and marketing messages reach the target audience effectively
Apply knowledge of the direct marketplace and the relevant product/service proposition to participate in the building and communication of a compelling proposition and marketing plan to distribution partners
Skills required:-
- Relationship manager with successful background in financial services
- Delivery of marketing and business plans for partners
- In depth understanding of the contribution of products to business plans & performance
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements within own area of work & how these fit into the bigger business picture
- Deep understanding of marketplace
- Knowledge of competitor activity/competitor offerings in the direct market segment
- In-depth knowledge of designated high value Distributors, key business drivers, key influences and profit/cost drivers
- Financial analysis skills - understanding the profit drivers
- Strong project management and facilitation skills
