DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Support/Services consultant will support a Sales Collateral team. Work with research and creative teams to prepare copy, provide direction, and manage work flow in the development of customer-facing materials to communicate story value for print, online, mobile, and direct marketing products.

Responsibilities

• Work with copywriters, collateral managers, and designers to optimize existing sales collateral
• Manage project work flows, due-date bench marks, and objectives
• Support ad-hoc collateral requests, maintaining and cataloging research data
• Post electronic files to internal storage and file delivery systems
• Maintain and update existing collateral materials

Qualifications

• Copywriting/editing/proofing expertise
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Adobe Acrobat knowledge
• Multi-tasking ability
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with the Internet and Mobile Devices
