As a Windows Systems Administration Support Engineer you will be providing telephone and email support to our client's customers. You will also be able to learn network and cloud storage more deeply. To be considered for this role, you must have very strong Windows Systems Administration experience, SAN, NAS, and NFS, because you will be the person helping the customer's Systems Administrators troubleshoot their problems, determine root causes, and ultimately help fix the problems. You must also be very cool under stress and pressure, and an excellent verbal and written communicator...it's the nature of the job. To be successful in this role, you must be a motivated self-starter and self-learner, possess strong customer service and technical problem-solving skills, and be someone who embraces challenges.

Qualified candidates for this role will also have a working knowledge of some of the following protocols and applications: Virtualization, Networking (Brocade and Cisco), TCP/IP, CIFS, the Windows file sharing protocols and/or RAID 0 and 4. Previous NetApp technology knowledge experience a plus.
