The Manufacturing Engineer will be instrumental in leading continuous improvements and supporting the value streams. Also in running site based projects and supporting the sites AOP and capital budget. manufacturing engineering and continuous improvements in a medium/high volume electromechanical industry (strong in one discipline: Extrusion, Moulding or Assembly) HNC or higher in relevant discipline. Strong lean manufacturing practitioner, (Green Belt certified), Rapid problem solving skills. Ability to manage effectively projects with multi-disciplinary teams. Project management (ideally MS Project based). Good communication skills.
