Reporting to the Finance Director - Group IT, the Financial Controller is a critical member of the Group IT Finance leadership team
The FC leads the critically important Finance & Controls function, a team of 19 finance professionals based in London and Edinburgh.
The role itself is based in Central London
Core day to day responsibilities include:
- Full stewardship of the Group IT cost base (£2.5bn per annum run and change costs).
- Owner of the IT transfer charging process to Front Office
- The ongoing management and nurture of our stakeholder relationships, both internal and external (and including a number of directors)
- Transformation and automation of key processes and local systems
- Provision of insightful, value adding financial information to support decision making in Group IT from IT Board level down
- Delivery of Group IT 5 year strategic plan
