Microstrategy Lead DeveloperRate to be determined - based on experience
Skills and Experience:
8+ years experience with the complete MicroStrategy tool is required from development standpoint. There will be true report and dashboard development as well as being a self started and needing little to no guidance.
This is a blend of three responsibilities; creating and reviewing dashboards that are being built, creating and validating SQL, a lot of data mining.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Participate in design efforts (initial and detailed)
* Assure that appropriate source data has been identified, noting any availability or fitness for use gaps
* Effectively communicate delivery expectations to developers and stakeholders in a clear and timely fashion
* Liaise with Project Manager on an ongoing basis
* If required notify the Project or Delivery Manager of gaps or needs for additional personnel or resources
* Identify technical issues and develops solution alternatives
* Assign and delegate development tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
* Identify risks and resolve issues and conflicts within the development group
* Contribute to progress/status reports
* Act as primary liaison with offshore development teams
* Coordinate detailed solution design activities
* Adhere to EIS best practices and effectively applies methodologies and standards
* Prepare for quality assurance procedures
* Assure the quality of programs/code/processes developed by the team
* Ensure technical documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately
