You MUST have analysis, planning & financials reporting experience ideally within HR arena at retail banks or building societies, having operational or project experience. If not, please do not apply as your experience will not be suitable for these roles.
Experience of planning, financials management, preparation of reports, working to tight timescales. Previous 'big 4' large-scale consultancy experience highly advantageous. Project management experience not essential but advantageous.
