The client has outsourced the IT environment to multiple vendors. This multiple vendor sourcing strategy also applies to information security services, which was outsourced as well.
A unit within the bank is concerned with managing and controlling the sourcing vendors and contracts in delivering information security services.
For this unit we are looking for someone who can fit the following profile:
- Ensure that all information security related contractual commitments between us and the service providers adequately reflect the requirements of the bank.
- Effectively manage the outsourcing partners demonstrating in-depth knowledge of information security, a strong feeling for diplomatic proportions, tact, legal knowledge and commercial and communication skills.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that any new or changed services gets negotiated and contracted
- Responsible for the roll-out and implementation of information security management interface processes in all regions
- Focal point for vendor management, legal, service management and other entities within the bank for contractual issues related to information security
- Provide consultancy to the Information Security Office functions and regions on security service delivery matters
- Resolving any service delivery issues with vendors in the area of information security
- Ensure alignment of security contractual obligations between the various infrastructure providers and other providers
- Actively pursue alignment of the arrangements between all service providers in order to optimize performance and level the expectations
- Represent the Information Security Office in the bodies that manage the supplier relationship and overall performance
- Define security service management reporting
- Assess and consult on security risks in relation with the outsourced IT infrastructure
Required skills:
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as Contract Manager. At least 1 project/position in which you have been specialised in Information Security.
- Fluent English is required for this role.
- Fluent Dutch is a strong bonus for this role, our client prefers a bilingual candidate
