Description
Timothy James Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a number of organisations for various qualified and part qualified Actuaries for unique interim opportunities throughout the UK.
Currently the most urgent role is for an interim Valuation Support Actuary to be based in Southern England.
Day to day duties will include:
*Producing Peak 1 and Peak 2 realistic balance sheet (RBS) valuations
*Producing the analysis of change in working capital and the AOS
*Providing solutions for process improvements for the current processes and for solvency II
*Explaining NB profit
*Deputising for the Group Chief Actuary as and when required
You will have:
*Expert competence and understanding of relevant FSA regulation and Board of Actuarial Standards guidance
*Be a fellow of the United Kingdom Institute or Faculty of Actuaries
*Hold five years relevant post qualification experience
