Description
We would like to talk with Lean Six Sigma Black or Master Black Belts with the following skills and experience:
Considerable experience as a business improvement analyst, with strong analytical and process skills
Financial Services transformation experience - ideally in financial reporting cross business units.
Process mapping and process modelling using standard industry notations (BPMN, UML, IDEF)
Strong workshop facilitation skills
Proven experience identifying opportunities to outsource/offshore processes (to India etc).
Vendor management experience re offshoring work.
Project scoping/project delivery.
Senior stakeholder management skills (up to MD level), excellent interpersonal & communication skills Business target driven
Comfortable with working under pressure and very tight plans
Team-player with an enthusiastic approach
The client is an Investment Bank which is rationalising it's Global Finance Function.
Contracts to run from January 2012.
