Senior Business Analyst required by leading Investment Bank to join a change the bank team tasked with the implementation of a target operating model for their Global Credit Trading business with a focus on all products excluding loans including FX, MM, Bonds, Repo, Equity, Options. The deliverable for the next 12 months is to achieve the efficient and controlled migration of trading books to their strategic platform as defined by the target operating model. You will provide systems and process GAP analysis of current Vs future state, assisting the project manager with development, UAT and migration planning, have accountability for project delivery within formalised project process and developing and executing project work plans, communicating achievements and issues to the project manager as appropriate to meet changing business needs and requirements. Experience wise you will need to have extensive working knowledge of the Product Control function, controls performed and understanding of 'front to back' trade processing. You will also need experience of documenting processes using Visio and have knowledge of investment banking products such as FX, MM, Bonds, Repo, Equity, Options and their associated PnL and risk calculation including risk based approaches. Ideally you will be a qualified accountant and you must have front to back exposure.
