Supply Chain Specialist-Contracts and Licenses (Indirect Spend)
1 year contract/temporary position, no relocation provided. Primarily seeking a supply chain/procurement specialist with a minimum of 4 years experience or knowledge of software licensing, software application development contracts, and telecom and how they apply to the corporate IT organization. Extensive supply chain based contract negotiation experience as well as 4-6 years of INDIRECT supply chain/procurement knowledge.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May report to an executive or a manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Negotiation skills; Ability to interpret, understand and edit contracts; Supply Chain theory application to indirect procurement and experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access or other applicable database, communication software, and interactive systems. Knowledge of contracts tracking systems or purchasing systems desired.
