The Customer Service Representative will processes incoming orders under limited supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries (phone or correspondence) of a moderately complex nature.
Qualifications:
- Requires a high school education or equivalent and two to four years experience.
- Medical professional liability background is good.
- Client relationships skills required.
- Customer service knowledge required.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
- Phone skills a must.
- Required professionalism.
