- Knowledge of Telecommunications Schedule 3 Act
- Network Deployment experience
- Regulatory Framework
- Environmental Science or Planning Degree
- Experience preparing and managing consent applications to council and state departments
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
