Pay rate: $57.80 per hour
The right candidate will possess excellent technical, communication, and people skills. We are looking for a candidate with a blend of development and administration experience with respect to MOSS 2007 and WSS 3.0. The position will be designing and supporting a SharePoint environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Auditing and management of SharePoint sites and site collections.
Management of all aspects of site security, including authentication, group management, and user accounts.
Accurate and timely documentation of user requests and activities.
Develop simple to complex workflows.
Provide basic user training to end users.
Provide end-user support in regards to site provisioning and assigning user permissions.
Proactive delivery of assigned tasks
Communicate effectively with team members and customers in both written and verbal
Gather exact project requirements and concisely document design
TOP DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SharePoint Application Development - Most of development will be client-side programming, ie JavaScript & jQuery.
SharePoint Tech Support - Answering questions and assisting users with problems and requests.
Escalation management - Working with farm administrators to resolve problems and deliver solutions.
DESIRED SKILLS:
SharePoint 2010 administration
SharePoint Designer
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years administration experience with MOSS 2007 and WSS 3.0
Strong JavaScript and jQuery experience
Proficiency with SharePoint Designer 2007
Proficiency with SharePoint Object Model and SharePoint Web Services
Proficiency with C# and Visual Studio 2008
Proficiency with SQL Server Analysis Services and SQL Server Reporting Services
Proficiency with writing SQL queries
Proficiency with CAML queries
Experience with ShareVis Workflow a plus
Must be customer focused and have experience in customer facing capacity
Must be initiative and a self starter
