CISCO Consultant w/CISCO Voice, Cube SW&Config, Call Manager w/CCIE or CCNP Voice Certification
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experienced Cisco Consultant with Cisco Voice, Call Manager, Cube SW & Configuration, Cisco Routers/Switches, Juniper Routers, minimum working knowledge in SIP with either CCIE or CCNP Voice Certification.
- Experience required in Avaya communication servers, Avaya phone switches, circuit migration projects and i mporting phone numbers from the ATT Router (INCS) equipment to AVPN circuits, configuring AVPN equipment remotely and shutting down existing ATT (INCS) gear.
- Experience in Broadband networks, moving and configuration of host devices, Firewall backup, wi-fi gateways plus ordering, coordinating, installing T-1 lines and modems, wi-fi troubleshooting, VLAN and insuring PCI compliance during review & assessment of configuration as well as in assigning card readers.
- Responsible walking facilities staff through hardware troubleshooting from wi-fi antennas to broadband modems.
- Experience required in VLAN, assisting with telecom, ordering POTS, dispatching vendor staff, providing support in getting physical equipment in place, scheduling techs and configuring ports for Verizon Wireless kiosks and providing support as needed for various systems used in desktop services and devices.
- Experience and knowledge in different types of cables, ports on Switches and Routers is essential.
- Requires experience in Excel in Sharepoint to updates documents and status reports.
- Individual must have effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical terminology into easy to understand everyday language for non-technical related staff while assisting in hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Experience managing projects, timeframes, deliverables plus documenting project schedules using Excel and Sharepoint.
