Hours of the position: 8-5 M-F
Experience Requirements: 5 years of of Sourcing Recruiter experience
5-7- Years of Sourcing for High Level Candidates. Must be familiar in using Social Media search engines, niche websites and colleges.
Top Skills needed:
Ability to Source for high volume of req loads- of 50-60 requisitions-
Manage internal customer relationships on a daily basis by keeping current on heavy amount of email inquiries and phone calls
Passive Candidate Recruitment Strategies
Recruitment Plans
Ability to Use ATS systems while complying with OFCCP guidelines
