Description
At least 5 years overall experience in IT applications development or consulting related to IT applications development (4 years for 393 hay points, 5 years for 464 and 7 years for 568)At least 3 years in technical development roles on Master Data Management projects - with experience in the majority of these activities (2 years for 393 hay points, 3 years for 464, 5 years for 568):
? Building and maintaining master data repositories
? Designing master data models for two or more key master data domains
? Designing and Developing master data flows with data integration (ETL) tools
? 2-3 full cycle MDM implementations
Specific software skills
? SAP MDM platform (SAP MDM 7.1 preferred)
? SAP ECC - master data objects and data integration/extraction processes
? Experience with leading Data Quality tools such as Business Objects Data Quality (preferred)
Non-Technical skills
? Demonstrated successful project experience
o Design and delivery for MDM Foundational solutions
o Collaborating in cross-functional requirement gathering meetings
o Developing project related documentation
o Developing relationships with internal Customers and Service Providers
o Communicating and collaborating effectively with all global regions in a federated organization
? Demonstrated experience working on projects in the MDM (operational and analytical MDM) space
? Demonstrated experience implementing MDM foundational components such as master data security, master data metadata, master data quality, master data workflow, etc.
? Demonstrated experience evaluating software in the MDM space
