Complaints Review Officer working within Client Relations resolving regulatory complaints for a leading bank. You will have good knowledge of Life, Pension and Investment/Portfolios products, regulated Financial Services environments, redress calculations and the complaints life cycle within FS. Responsible for ensuring executive investment complaints are managed and progressed, have excellent communication skills to present arguments and explain reasons, ensure all complaint cases are dealt with within FSA, FOS & CRD reqs, case load management and be technical point of contact to Review Officers.

Mandatory exp:
Financial Services, sales/regulatory complaints, root cause analysis, life/pensions/investment/portfolio products.
