ROLE : Process Architect - Banking

SKILLS: Process Architect - Banking

Purpose:

Study phase - this is to initiate the delivery the SME Growth Strategy for the bank.

Key Activities:

  • Designing and implementing robust, scalable, useable end-to-end processes.
  • Scenario work (with IT) ( end to end' processes from as is' to target')

Core skills and experience required:

  • Strong financial services or banking background within a complex business environment
  • Strong experience of process analysis & business analysis
  • Experienced of as is and to be processes and full end to end process
  • Experienced at working with SME and key stakeholders/strong stakeholder management
  • Understanding of business change methodology.
  • Experienced and skilful workshop facilitator
  • Ability to work on multiple areas of business change at the same time.
  • Be determined and enthusiastic individuals
  • Have a collaborative style of working, with well developed influencing skills
  • Have a good business understanding and commercial outlook

Desirable

  • Experience/awareness of business/general banking practices
  • Willingness to move in a fast paced organisation, with a proactive approach to managing self
  • Strong commercial banking background
  • Lean Sigma (Process only resource)
