Working for a bank based in Luxembourg as a Sharepoint Architect your will:
consult with customers on a strategic level to determine needs and meet with customers on an on-going basis to ensure collaboration with them throughout the project; apply business analysis techniques to develop and design complex solutions that will meet the mission critical requirements of the customer; be accountable for detailed implementation plans and the provision of strategic advice regarding their execution; provide leadership in the execution of implementation plans in accordance with pre-determined specifications; provide expert - level support to the customer for the purposes of establishing critical benchmarks and conducting evaluations; know, understand and apply corporate standards (methods, tools and processes); use corporate IP (knowledge bases) wherever possible and contribute to it by materializing experience gained in projects; conduct requirement studies and cost-benefit analyses; identify alternatives and fully describe associated recommendations; be accountable for the development of documentation and training for customer and end-users; publish reports; give presentations and demonstrations for senior level customers and colleagues; Support, coach and transfer expert knowledge to more junior colleagues; be responsible for the identification, proposal and winning of significant further business. Candidate should have typically Degree qualified with at least 8 years' relevant experience (Large experience in development and product Sharepoint); Experience in bank are mandatory; Good working knowledge of English and French, both spoken and written.
