A new and exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Software Engineer (Programmer) to join a world leading provider of telecommunications equipments and services.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a multinational team of innovative, driven and hard-working professionals.
The work is very challenging, covering a broad spectrum of problems from optimization, simulation, RF modelling to SW and architectural ones, including system modelling, scalability and performance in a Client Server environment with relational and multi-dimensional databases.
The working environment is a very informal one, using a mixture of agile processes to software development.
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience developing object-oriented commercial software
- Strong proficiency in Java.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++.
- Experience with web development, preferably with GWT or other AJAX framework.
- Experience with database systems, preferably with MySQL.
- Thorough knowledge of modelling techniques (UML, ORM, ER etc.)
- /constraint databases
Academic Background:
BS or MS Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics
