QA Team Lead
PSD Group are looking for a QA Team Lead to join a very ambitious and challenging project on mobile communication in France. You will join a team who are building a communication hub which will manage Address Books, Group your Contacts, Social Network Aggregation, Instant Messaging, Voicemail, Text to Speech, Speech to Text and VoIP which will launch in January 2012.
The QA will be responsible for:
- To test all the releases
- Set up and manage tests automation
- Provide stats, report and recommendation
- Work with the customer technical support on the main issue
- Ensure the quality of the service in production
Skills required:
- Strong experience of the Scrum methodology due to releases being 2 per week
- Good knowledge of fully automated test environment
- Experience in managing teams = training, report, communicate
- Challenge dev team
- Make the QA team best in class
- Created and executed automated test plans
- Provide best practise to the Management Team
Technical Skills:
- Client: Android, iPhone, Web interface (Flex)
- Back End: REST API server, XMPP, Voicemail platform etc ...
- Technicals: SIP, Opensource software, Linux, security, IP-based networking.
