SAP QM Consultant - Belgium
Langauges: English and French
Required skills:
-SAP ERP Project Experience required :
- At least 5 projects assignments with teams bigger than 3 consultants, including the PM or the lead consultant
- At least 2 full-blown manufacturing (minimum scope FICO, MM, LE, SD, PP), end-to-end (from Blueprint to GoLive) SAP projects
- At least 2 SAP QM end-to-end (from Blueprint to GoLive) projects
- Experience with projects based on SAP Best Practices/SAP All-In-One is a plus
- Functional SAP implementation experience (End User/Key User experience does not count) :
The program will involve the design, development, implementation and support of a European SAP ECC6 Template for the EU subsidiaries of a US Group and will make use of a lot of US principles, at minimum US COA.
Must be knowledgeable and experienced enough to implement alone (or with support where applicable from other modules) all of the following functionalities/sub-components:
- Master data & Change Management
- Recipe & Trial Management
- Document management
- Quality planning
- Quality Inspection (Lots, Results, Defects, Sampling)
- Quality control (SPC)
- Quality Certificates
- Quality Notifications
- Batch Management and Traceability
- Control in Logistics
- Quality Worklists Management
- Problem/Complaint management (Customer and Vendor)
- MES integration
- EH&S knowledge is a plus
- Business experience : At least 3 years of experience in operational quality or compliance role.
- SAP Best Practices: Knowledge of SAP Best Practices (SAP All-In-One) and experience using them to cover the Country specific baseline configurations for the following countries: Belgium, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Poland, Singapore. Experience with SAP Best Practices for industries - Mills, Metals, Discrete Manufacturing, Chemicals.
