Prior 4 - 6 years working experience preferably from a consulting organization or should have deep Telecom domain/industry expertise combined with CRM functional knowledge.

CRM Transformation Program, CRM Process Re-engineering and Change Management.
CRM & Billing packaged solutions (Siebel, IRB Billing), CRM Process Re-engineering.
Solid background on Change Network Mobilization and Engagement, Communication skills, Business Readiness Approach Design and Development experience, Readiness Measuring & Tracking. Stakeholders Management, Communication Management (Plan and Monitoring), Communication contents knowledge.
CRM & Billing processes and operating procedures definition (Telco domain).
Solid communication and presentation skills.
