Control Room Roll Out Coordinator

The Control Room Roll Out Coordinator (CR RO Coordinator) is responsible for coordinating the site delivery of the Control Rooms for the Nodnett project.

Main Responsibility:

- Control Room Roll Out Coordinator Preparing, planning and monitoring the subproject according to contractual scope and commitment.
- Responsible for technical considerations and input to claim management, change order and configurations management
- Delivery and Ready for Testing of Control Room Delivery
- Ensure that the Materials and Equipment demand plan correlates to the control room rollout forecast
- Forecast, identify, analyze, qualify, quantify and respond to possible risks in the Control Room implementation with lists of preventive actions
- Prepare and maintain detailed control room Roll Out Phase Plan
- Follow up and escalation of action points based on meeting minutes
- Achievement of the project CR RO milestones.
- Ensure that the Materials and Equipment demand plan correlates to the control room rollout forecast
- Routine communication with Customer team in rollout progress (and technical matters together with functional managers)
- Assist the CR RO Manager with the Control Room rollout forecasts, plans and schedules to ensure that it complies with the Project Master Schedule in close consultation with the Customer and all stakeholders

CT Team/Project Organization, CSI NSO Resource Pool Mgr, Service Business Procurement, NwP Service Product & Cost Mgrs Interfaces in Global.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Typically 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Sustained operational experience in either IT or Telco Operator environments
  • Experience of managing technical teams across multiple geographies
  • Background in Mobile Solutions
  • Experience of customer specific solution architecture
  • Experience in pre-sales activities (bit preparation, solution description, etc.)
  • Experience of integration projects

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (in one of the Scandinavian languages is an advantage)
  • IT/Telco network architecture expertise and understanding
  • Virtual team management, communication and influencing skills
  • Technical subject matter expertise on solution area in question
  • Long experience in Network Design and/or Systems Integration business
  • Project Management skills
  • Control Room Roll Out Management knowledge
  • Detailed knowledge of Control Rooms (HW&SW)
