SAP SD/MM Consultant. Our client is currently looking for an SAP SD/MM Support consultant to work in their European SAP CCC to cover a maternity leave.
This Competence centre is a truly international environment and an enjoyable and social place to work.
Responsibilities will include:
* Resolving incidents raised by European users of our SAP implementation in the area "Supply Chain Outbound"
* Investigating root cause and finding the solution
* Communication with Key Users from client businesses
* Implement solutions through client change management processes
* Document/share knowledge
The ideal candidate will have SAP support experience in SD & MM up to 2nd level and configuration experience in terms of enhancements and change requests.
A good level of English proficiency is required as you will need to communicate by phone with users from around Europe.
Nice to have skills will also include ABAP debugging, SCM (gATP), WM w/HUM.
